I also volunteered to teach classes in elementary and middle school on “Math & Medicine” and the cardiac and GI systems. I am a Six Sigma Green Belt and completed FEMA training.

I have worked at Hidden River for one year.

How does your role differ in a hospital setting, school setting, and treatment center setting?

Residential treatment affords me the opportunity to become more involved in the total care of the patient. There is an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to residential care that I really enjoy.

What is the best part about working at Hidden River?

The amazing staff! I am proud to work alongside of such a dedicated team. I also love the setting. Hidden River is in a beautiful area, and the buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained. It’s a peaceful place for staff to work and patients to recover.
