Let’s Connect! Where to Find Hidden River This November and December

In the eating disorder treatment community, meaningful connections extend beyond individual organizations, programs, and treatment centers. Opportunities to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from fellow professionals help strengthen the broader network of support available to individuals and families navigating treatment and recovery.

At Hidden River, we value the relationships we’ve built with fellow professionals and welcome opportunities to develop new ones. Whether we’re participating in industry conferences, supporting educational initiatives, or hosting local networking events, we’re committed to staying engaged with the professionals and organizations working to advance eating disorder care.

With a full calendar of events planned for November and December, we’re looking forward to spending time with colleagues across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and beyond.

Building Relationships That Support Better Care

Eating disorder treatment is complex, often requiring the expertise of medical professionals, therapists, registered dietitians, and other specialists across different levels of care. For individuals transitioning between treatment settings or returning to their outpatient providers, communication and coordination among members of the care team are especially important.

Building relationships with professionals across the treatment community helps create a foundation for that collaboration. When providers are familiar with one another’s specialties, treatment approaches, and available resources, they’re better positioned to make informed referrals, facilitate transitions in care, and help individuals access appropriate support.

At Hidden River, we recognize that our role in an individual’s recovery is often one part of a much larger journey. By maintaining strong relationships with referring providers and other professionals, we can help support continuity of care before, during, and after residential treatment.
